Pursuing your PhD with clarity, joy, and focus
The PhD journey is a unique phase: high levels of autonomy, complex demands, and often unclear structures. Many doctoral candidates experience periods of writer’s block, procrastination, or mental overload.
In this workshop, we combine insights from business psychology with practical, evidence-based strategies to help you approach your academic work with greater clarity, focus, and effectiveness. The goal is not only to increase productivity, but to support sustainable performance and well-being throughout your PhD.

Apply evidence-based approaches to stress management and self-regulation.

Learn practical techniques for mental recovery in everyday work.
8. Coping with external challenges
Develop strategies to handle uncertainty, time pressure, and complex environments.
