We aim to increase visibility of female scientists, expand our researchers’ professional networks, and encourage and empower our female early-career researchers to fully develop their potential. In doing so, we contribute to increasing the representation of women in leadership positions in science.
Our program to promote female researchers and provide access to role models includes the following components:

- “Career Development Program” for female postdocs and early-career group leaders
- “Women in Science Career Talks” featuring inspiring female role models
- Dedicated “(Self)-Leadership Development Program for female scientists
