Upcoming Program

Aside from our ongoing efforts to strengthen diversity competence and promote equal opportunities for female researchers, we have identified international scholars and first-generation academics as key groups that significantly enrich our diverse team. To address the specific backgrounds and individual circumstances of each researcher, we provide tailored coaching opportunities.

We will continue to organize workshops on diversity and inclusion, while also introducing new information sessions aimed at raising awareness of the challenges faced by neurodiverse colleagues in research, particularly in relation to mental health.

An upcoming workshop entitled “Mental Health in the Late Stages of Doctoral Research” will focus on equipping both neurotypical and neurodiverse doctoral candidates with practical tools to complete their dissertations while managing anxiety and avoiding severe mental health challenges.
