Coaching Program for Women in Academia

August 20, 2026 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

COACHING PROGRAM FOR WOMEN IN ACADEMIA*
When did you last manage to find time to write?
In academia, writing is your most valuable currency — yet the relentless pace of academic life leaves little room to focus on it. Urgent tasks crowd out your research. Perfectionism stalls your progress. Sound familiar?
What if you could reclaim control of your calendar, write with confidence and clarity, and make your research visible — without being overwhelmed by to-do lists or inner blocks?
SCHREIBERFOLG is an empowering 10-week online coaching program designed specifically for women in academia, no matter how far along on their academic career they are. In a supportive community, you’ll build the core skills you need to research, write, and publish — effectively and sustainably. Through practical exercises, group exchange, and co-working sessions, you’ll turn insights into action from day one. After this program, you will not only feel a renewed sense of agency and have a healthier relationship with your writing, you will also have made some real progress on your writing project(s).

*A coaching program for women?
Women are still underrepresented in science – particularly at higher career levels (leaky pipeline). The Pooling Network addresses this issue and supports women in science during every stage of their academic career.
Through a variety of offers, e.g. coaching, workshops, and child care services, opportunities for exchange and concrete support are created to support individual career goals– regardless of the personal background.
In line with the charter of the German Research Foundation (DFG) the Pooling Network contributes to the promotion of equal opportunities and diversity in science and academia with a focus on gender equality contributing to increase the proportion of women in academia.
The program is open to all individuals who identify as women, as well as to non-binary individuals who feel it is relevant to them.
