The program will include a theoretical and practical introduction into the following techniques:
- Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM)
- Atom Probe Tomography (APT)
- Focused Ion Beam assisted Scanning Electron Microscopy (FIB SEM)
- Electron Backscatter Diffraction (EBSD)
