Program Title: „Collegial Peer Mentoring“
For whom? All CRC 1333 Doctoral Researchers and Postdocs
Time Frame: 6 months (Start Date will be announced as soon as a group of 4-8 participants has been formed)
Description: Doing a PhD confronts everyone – sooner or later – with challenging new situations.
Collegial Peer Mentoring is a course format where participants can learn and apply structured methods of supporting each other in a team of peers. The peer group stays the same throughout the program (at least 6 months). Participants thereby experience how valuable peer support can be. Furthermore, they learn to change perspective and develop a better understanding for different ways of thinking, cultural aspects and empathy.
All in CRC 1333 PhD researchers and postdocs, are codially invited to join in!
