A warm welcome to Janis Gschwind, who has recently joined CRC 1333 as a doctoral researcher in the research group of René Peters.
Janis completed his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Chemistry at the University of Stuttgart. His Bachelor’s and Master’s theses were carried out in René Peters’ group, focusing on asymmetric cooperative catalysis.
At CRC 1333, Janis is contributing to project B06 with his research on “Confined Asymmetric Polyfunctional Aldehyde Catalysis”.
