Data Repository of the University of Stuttgart (DaRUS)
Supported by the Research Data Competence Center of the University of Stuttgart (FoKUS), we use the institutional data repository DaRUS to make our research data available. Based on the open-source platform Dataverse, it offers all members and partners of the University the opportunity to publish data and code in accordance with FAIR principles.
All datasets are curated before publication and exposed via OAI-PMH, Signposting and JSON-LD embedding. The repository supports different general (DataCite, DublinCore, DDI) and subject specific (CodeMeta, EnzymeML, EngMeta) metadata schemata, integrates different PID Systems (DOI, ORCID, ROR) and Classification systems and ontologies for subject indexing. Datasets are findable via search engines such as Google Data Search, the research data portal of the European Union, B2Find EUDAT or the NFDI4Chem search service.
