The first Summer School of CRC 1333 will take place on 30.09. – 02.10.2019 in Ellwangen.

We have booked a bus that will bring us to the conference venue and back.
Departure: Monday, 9:00 AM “Universität Schleife”. Please meet in front of Pfaffenwaldring 55 at 08:45 AM (exit at the green elevators)
Return: Wednesday, approximately 6:00 PM

We will have lectures by the following guest speakers:

Prof. Vera Meynen, University of Antwerpen

Introduction to Catalyst Design

Prof. Vera Krewald, TU Darmstadt

Elucidating Catalysis with Theoretical Chemistry and Computational Spectroscopy

In additon to this there will be student presentations about every CRC-project, poster sessions and time for social activities. Board games are very welcome in case we have rainy weather!

Please note:

Every CRC doctoral researcher or postdoc is supposed to bring a poster. An abstract book will be available in the member area during the event. For every project one presentation of 15+5 min should be held that represents the whole project.

In the member area you can find templates for presentation and poster.

The student presentations will not be sorted by the different fields A, B and C but will be allocated reasonably. You can help us to do so by naming projects that you share a lot of work with in the registration, e.g. whose samples you do calculations or measurements on.

If any questions come up please contact the doctoral representatives.
