August- November 2020 – various individual meeting times

Due to current developments and changes regarding the COVID-19 pandemic this course highlights leadership topics from a resilience point of view.

Psychologists (source: American Psychological Association) define resilience as the process of adapting well in the face of adversity, trauma, tragedy, threats or significant sources of stress — such as family and relationship problems, serious health problems, or workplace and financial stressors. As much as resilience involves “bouncing back” from these difficult experiences, it can also involve profound personal growth.

The program takes place in two small groups – one German, one English speaking. In 8 sessions the participants will deal with the following topics.

  • Introduction to Resilience
  • Personal Responsibility
  • Acceptance
  • Optimism
  • Solution Orientation
  • Goal Orientation
  • Social Collaboration, Networking
  • Self-Efficacy
