Topic: “Optoelectronic Processes in Covalent Organic Frameworks”

Thomas Bein is Professor of  physical chemistry at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich. His research presently concentrates on the following areas:

– Synthesis and Physical Chemistry of Porous Materials, esp. Covalent /Metal-Organic Frameworks
– Functional Nanostructures for Photovoltaics, Sensors, Nanowires
– Nano-Bioscience, e.g. Mesoporous Nanoparticles for Targeted Drug Delivery
