Doing a PhD confronts everyone – sooner or later – with challenging new situations.
In this short online session, we would like to introduce a course format where participants can learn and apply structured methods of supporting each other in a team of peers.
Participants can experience themselves how valuable this can be. Furthermore, they learn to change perspective and develop a better understanding for different ways of thinking, cultural aspects and empathy.
The info session will be held by Dr. Sabine Horst from Quinte Sentio.
She also hosts our successful leadership seminar series in CRC 1333.

- All Doctoral Researchers of CRC 1333
Suggested course format that is being presented:
- 4 meetings over a period of 6 months
- 3-6 permanent group members committing themselves to support each other as peers
